Bomgar posts impressive fundraising report

“Meanwhile, businessman Joel Bomgar, in his first foray into politics, has raised an eye popping amount of campaign money for the Madison County-Ridgeland House post being vacated by longtime Rep. Rita Martinson, who is not seeking re-election. Bomgar is reporting this week that he has raised $235,000, and has more than $209,000 cash on hand. That’s for a House seat, this far out from elections.”
