On Monday 2/29/16, the House considered a bill which inserts a grandfather clause in the teacher licensure statute to ensure that candidates who completed all requirements to enter a Teacher Education Program will be allowed to complete the program after beginning without having to meet new requirements. I voted Yes, the bill passed 120-1.
